How we do it

6 steps

Jordan Parrello, our Advertising Director, goes through your existing ad accounts, pixel and GA4 himself. Before any contract, you get a written read on what’s working, what’s wasted and what we’d do differently.

We agree the audiences, the budget split across platforms, and exactly which conversions count. Event mapping and the Conversions API are set up first. Ads don’t launch into an account that can’t measure them.

Mark Hebblewhite, our Design Specialist, produces the statics and video cutdowns per placement, working from your brand guidelines. You approve every asset before launch.

We build the campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager under clear naming conventions, then QA everything against the measurement plan.

Joseph Arboleda, our Digital Media Specialist, is in the accounts weekly: shifting budget to what’s winning, retiring fatigued creative, feeding the test log.

Once a month we show you the numbers in your terms (leads, sales, cost per result) and set the next month’s plan together.

FAQ

Two costs: ad spend (paid to Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn) and management. We charge a flat monthly fee scoped to your spend and how much creative you need. On spend itself, we’d rarely start Meta below $2,000 a month; less than that and the platform can’t gather enough data to optimise.

You’ll see data in week one and the platforms exit their learning phase within one to two weeks. But a reliable read — enough conversions to judge creative and audiences properly — takes two to three months. Any agency promising profitable results in a fortnight is reading noise. We set a target date for the first proper review at kickoff, in writing.

Strategy, campaign builds in each platform’s ads manager, ad creative (statics and video cutdowns), audience research, pixel and Conversions API setup, weekly in-account optimisation, and a monthly report walked through on a call. The full list is above under “What you get”. If something isn’t listed, ask — we’d rather say “not included” upfront than surprise you at invoice time.

It depends who buys from you. Broad consumer audiences: Facebook and Instagram, still the widest reach in Australia. Under-35s and impulse-friendly products: add TikTok. B2B with a decent deal size: LinkedIn, despite the higher click costs. We’ll tell you in the audit which mix fits, and we’ve told clients to skip platforms before. One platform run properly beats four run thin.

Ask three things. Do you own your ad accounts, or do they? (You should — walking away shouldn’t cost you your data.) Who actually does the work — the person pitching you, or a team you’ll never meet? And do they report on business results like cost per lead or sale, or vanity metrics like reach and engagement? Our answers: you own everything, the people on this page do the work, and we report the numbers you’d show your board.

Yes, in-house. Static ads, carousel sets and video cutdowns come from our design team, versioned for each placement and built to your brand guidelines. If you already have a creative team or assets you love, we work with those instead — we’re not precious about it, only about whether the creative performs.
