What you get
The scope, in writing
-
Campaign assets for every channel
Paid social variants, display banners, OOH adaptations and web graphics, each built to the platform’s spec rather than one master file squashed into nine sizes.
-
Infographic design
Your data made legible: reports and research turned into graphics people read and share, drawn in your brand’s system rather than a stock template.
-
Presentations and sales decks
A master template your team can extend without breaking it, plus fully designed builds for the pitches that matter.
-
Marketing collateral
Brochures, one-pagers, capability statements, EDM and email graphics. The pieces that carry your brand between campaigns.
-
Brand-true execution
We work inside your existing guidelines and flag anything they don’t cover. No guidelines yet? Our identity service builds them first.
-
Every source file, handed over
Packaged, organised working files with fonts and links intact. You own the artwork outright, whether we’re still working together or not.
-
A clear engagement model
Per-project quotes for one-off jobs, or a monthly design retainer with agreed capacity and priority turnaround for brands that ship every week.
How we do it
6 steps
Every job starts on a one-page brief: what it is, where it runs, who it’s for, when it’s due. Mark Hebblewhite, our Design Specialist, works the brief with you directly rather than through an account-manager relay.
We read your guidelines before opening a single artboard, and audit your existing assets for drift. Where the guidelines are silent, we make a call, document it and add it to the system.
Digital work happens in Figma so you can see and comment on live files; print and illustration run through Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Bigger jobs get concept options; production jobs go straight to draft.
Proofs arrive annotated, with the thinking explained. Two revision rounds are built into every quote, and feedback lives in one thread so version seventeen never happens.
Final artwork exported to each channel’s spec: correct sizes, colour profiles (RGB for screens, CMYK for print) and file formats, plus the packaged source files.
For retained clients we watch how the work performs, because we’re usually running the media it appears in. The variant that wins shapes the next round.

Southern Phone
Southern Phone
Southern Phone has trusted Gudu with its creative since 2021, as part of a full-service partnership spanning advertising, technology and client services. That means a steady stream of everyday design: campaign assets, digital graphics and collateral, produced month after month, always inside the brand and always on deadline. It’s the strongest evidence we can offer for retained design work — a client who could go anywhere, five years in.
Read the Southern Phone case study“Their expert planning, creative thinking coupled with their excellent communication skills and on time execution with every results-driven campaign make it a pleasure to work with this team.”

FAQ
Depends on the shape of the work. One-off jobs are quoted per project after the brief, so you know the full cost before we start rather than watching an hourly meter. Brands with steady output do better on a monthly retainer: agreed capacity at a lower effective rate, with priority turnaround. Tell us what a typical month looks like and we’ll recommend whichever costs you less.
Set at briefing, then kept. Simple adaptations (resizes, banner variants, social tiles) typically run two to three business days. Infographics, decks and new collateral need one to two weeks depending on rounds. Retainer clients get priority in the queue. If a deadline is genuinely impossible we say so at the brief, not the day before delivery.
Campaign assets, infographics, presentations, collateral and digital graphics, as listed above — plus the parts many agencies skip: two revision rounds in every quote, artwork exported to each channel’s actual spec, and packaged source files handed over as standard. If a job needs something outside that scope, like a photographer, we tell you before quoting rather than after.
Yes, and that’s most of our design work. We follow your guidelines strictly, flag the gaps we find, and document the calls we make so the system gets stronger with every job. If your brand has no real guidelines, or has drifted past them, our identity service can rebuild the system before we scale up production.
No. We design for clients in Sydney, Melbourne and across Australia, and the whole process — brief, live Figma files, annotated proofs, delivery — works online. Our team operates from four locations, so there’s no head office to visit. What matters is that the designer on your work answers your messages, and ours does.
Look past the portfolio hero pieces at the everyday work: the banner resizes, the deck slides, page four of the brochure. That’s what you’ll actually be buying. Then ask three questions: who exactly does the design, do you get the source files, and what does a revision round cost. Any agency that hedges on those is telling you something.
